Loma PRieta 25th anniversary
Objective: Create a dynamic identity for a conference that raised awareness of the risks and dangers of earthquakes, held on the 25th anniversary of the Loma Prieta Earthquake.
Product:The Association of Bay Area Governments held a conference to honor the power of the Loma Prieta Earthquake and bring together the most important minds in the geological and policy fields. Raising awareness is one of the many precautions they are taking to prepare for when the next earthquake rattles our land.
After scouring the archives of footage, pictures, geological maps and graphs, and a trip to the Academy of Sciences, we began our exploration. Hyped up on tectonic plates, topography and fault lines, our vision began to solidify, embodying the dynamic nature and thunderous spirit of an earthquake. In addition to the brand, we created a website for the conference and save the date flyers.
